The town of Saint Amand les Eaux, hometown of Eric Bourse, have commissioned him to create a mural on the wall of the birthplace of Louise de Bettignies

Wine has always been a passion of Eric’s, and one that since he moved to Prat on the doorstep of St Emilion and Bordeaux is one that he has developed further through his painting and poetry.
