Frédéric Blond

Frédéric Blond was born in 1962 into a working class family. He studied electro-mechanic and after his graduation was taken under the wing of his Uncle where he trained in welding and ironwork. Here he learnt his craft on varying platforms ranging from metallurgical sites to construction.
From the very beginning Frédéric was propelled by his dream of working for himself and creating individual works and pieces. Suffering a slight medical setback which put his plans on hold for a while, he has since recovered and is certainly making up for lost time. A true inspiration to us all and proof that you can achieve what you set your mind to, he now devotes all his time in pursuing his passion and creates his visions through his metal sculptures. Not one to rest on his laurels he is now exploring his art through the use of wood and clay. Never has it been fairer or more exciting to say that this is an endearing man who has only just begun in surprising us.
